Organic Basics sought to elevate their email marketing strategy while driving significant revenue growth. The goal was to develop campaigns that resonated with their eco-conscious audience and increased engagement, while achieving clear business objectives.

Solution:

As Creative Director, I oversaw and designed a series of email campaigns focusing on strategic messaging, bold visuals, and clean layouts aligned with Organic Basics' brand ethos. By leveraging data-driven insights, I implemented design and content adjustments that optimized conversion rates and drove customer loyalty.

Results:

The November YoY performance highlights the impact of these email campaigns:

  • 159% Revenue Increase

  • 70% Higher Conversion Rate

  • 49% eCPM Growth

Despite sending 21% fewer emails YoY, we delivered:

  • A 74% increase in email reach

  • A 36% boost in total clicks

  • Orders grew by 131%, reflecting the effectiveness of the campaigns' strategy and execution.
